Catherine McGuinness, President
 

Catherine is a recruiting expert with over 25 years in corporate recruiting and executive search.  Before joining Preod in February 2008, Cathy managed sales, service, operations and general management executive search engagements for the $40+Billion Americas region for Dell Inc., a Fortune 50 company.  During her time with Dell, Cathy also had responsibility for executive recruiting for corporate services (IT, Finance, HR, Legal) for this global organization.   Her work experience spans leadership development, executive assessments and onboarding.  
 

Prior to ten years with Dell, Cathy worked on the executive search side, inclusive of five years with Heidrick & Struggles.  She started her career in the London office of Russell Reynolds Associates.
 

Cathy has also served as President of the Fordham University Alumni Association.
 

In addition to executive recruiting, Cathy is the author of the best-selling Emperors' Clothes.  Part cautionary tale, part farce, Emperors' Clothes tells the story of two executives and one mob boss who put a Sopranos-style spin on corporate strategy.
 

Cathy holds a BA in English Literature from Fordham University.
 

Donald Neville, Director 

Don Neville has a strong financial and operating background with 25 years of broad management and military experience. He has served as CFO and CEO of private and public companies in the real estate, security, high technology, software and manufacturing industries. Don's direct experience includes financial reporting, internal controls/SOX, strategic planning, capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, public/private offerings, international technology joint ventures, human resources, information technology, insurance/risk management and SEC reporting. 


In addition to his responsibilities with Preod, Don currently serves as CEO for Terrahydrochem, an environmental products company that applies innovative chemistry to solve difficult and costly industrial challenges.  Additionally, he serves as a Director and chairs the Audit Committee for Xplore Technologies.  Don previously held senior leadership roles at Field Asset Services, Reddwerks, Argyle Security, ClearCube Technology, Mall.com and Plasmaco following several years at Deloitte and Touche. He has a BS in Accounting from Fordham University in New York and received his CPA from NY State in 1991.  Don served from 1988 to 2003 as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves and received numerous awards and decorations.
